The Space
Completely renovated with modern farmhouse style, this 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features a queen bed, plus an open loft landing with two twin bunk beds — perfect for kids or extra guests. Two full bathrooms make it ideal for families or couples traveling together.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to your built-in outdoor grill, relax with a picnic overlooking the meadow, or explore the wooded trails that wind through the property. In summer, enjoy nearby Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan beaches. In winter, hit the slopes at Boyne Mountain or Nub’s Nob, both just a short drive away.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
